Episode 2 - Herby Hancock Salad
In this episode, we celebrate a salad born out of improvisation on a hot summer afternoon. It packs a lot of flavor and centers around our earth element: fresh mint (LOTS). The finishing touch is an Asian inspired peanut dressing acting as Mint’s creamy co-star. This salad gets it’s name because it’s cool, eclectic, adventurous and you can throw in other fresh herbs if you’ve got ‘em. Cilantro, Parsley and Basil would also add wonderful dimension to this mix of crunchy summer heaven.
We start our afternoon on the front porch with a story about a surprisingly spicy character Liz acquired during her travels with the band.
