Episode 9 - Tavern Time: Late Night with Mike

Our first ever "Tavern Time: Late Night with Mike" was a ratings smash, breaking all kinds of records (mostly vinyl)! We had several guests, including some of the OG Delta Rae Diehards! Our cocktail for this one was the Mezcal Negroni....it's one of my favorites of all time.

It's:

1oz Campari

1oz Sweet Vermouth

1oz Mezcal

....pour them all into a shaker, add ice and shake for about :15. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice, and garnish with an orange peel.

Smokey, bitter, sweet... SO SO GOOD!
